On the afternoon of January 15, 2016, the Second Plenary Session of the Fifth Membership Representative Conference and the second plenary session of the fifth council of The Trade Association of Shanghai Property Management (TASPM) were successfully held in Shanghai Library.Executive president Li Feng presided over the meeting. Present in the meeting were Jianping Deng, deputy director of Shanghai City Housing and Urban Construction Management Committee, Yiming Xin, director of Property Management Office, Guofang Xu of the Community Management Office of Shanghai Community Administration, Haoyuan Ma, director of Shanghai Property Management Service Center.
AIMSN (Hong Kong) Medical Development co., Ltd was invited to attend this meeting, and fortunately became the partner in pre-hospital first-aid overall solution. AIMSN (Hong Kong) Medical Development co., Ltd will work together with Trade Association of Shanghai Property Management (TASPM) as well as member institutions to provide various pre-hospital emergency rescue service.
"Shanghai Emergency Medical Services Ordinance" was being drafted and will be enacted soon. The "ordinance" will promote installation of AED and first-aid kits in public places and enterprises, and encourage more people to strengthen first-aid skill training. AIMSN will penetrate the concept of first-aid into the office buildings through the platform provided by Trade Association of Shanghai Property Management (TASPM). Through conducting public-interest first-aid training and certification-issued first-aid training, we will make more property management personnel acquire first-aid knowledge and master self-rescue and mutual-rescue skills so as to improve their first-aid awareness, enhance the image of the property brand service, grasp the prime 4 minutes and safeguard more lives!
