In order to improve the overall level of emergency response capability in Baoshan District, on April 29, Emergency Office of Municipal Commission of Health and Family Planning of Baoshan District, in cooperation with 120 Emergency Medical Center of Baoshan District host an activity of "Training of First-aid Skill about On-site Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation". Training team of AIMSN was invited to train the medical staff from 5 large general hospitals and 17 community hospitals.

Training course can be divided into 3 modules：
Module 1：
They gave specific explanation about operation and maintenance of Feikang 1000-Type defibrillator monitor. Compared to normal AED (automatic external defibrillator), 1000-Type defibrillator monitor has a screen for monitoring ECG, which is convenient for health care personnel to grasp the situation of patients at any time.
Give training of operation and maintenance of Feikang 1000-Type defibrillator monitor to health care personnel
Module 2：
Mentors explained the updates and revision of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) guideline of AHA, and demonstrated the first-aid process of CPR and AED. Then, based on their practical experience, many hospitals' representatives who work in the frontline rescue and care had heated discussion with mentors.

Module 3：
Finally, all trainees joined in CPR and AED practice test, which is based on the content of the training. The test requires everyone to complete a whole standard first-aid process individually. All trainees focused on operation and they were all qualified.
