In order to improve citizens' awareness of safety and enhance the emergency response ability of Lujiazui regional office buildings, the Lujiazui building association has specially invited the professional training lecturer of the 120 medical first aid training center of Shanghai City, and co operated by the Emson first aid public welfare training center, which is the key middle and high level management of the office buildings under the jurisdiction of the Lujiazui. A free first aid education is carried out by the staff.
At 1:00 p.m. in June 12, 2014, Lujiazui emergency knowledge training for buildings was successfully held in the conference room of the 5 floor of the Lujiazui Development Bank building.
The first aid training has also been invited to the leadership of the Lujiazui financial and Trade District Management Committee. The training buildings mainly include the National Development Bank building, Jinmao Tower, Sinian international building, 21st Century Tower, the Shanghai information building, the peace finance building, the universal mansion, the world financial building, and the Shanda. Xiamen, International Building, Shanghai International Building, DBS bank building, time financial center, Jinsui mansion, Hua Huaneng and so on.
The training session was conducted by Li Minghua, Vice Minister of Shanghai's 120 Department of science and education, and Wu Degen, a senior trainer. The training was mainly based on the principles and steps of on-site emergency treatment, the basic principles of the treatment of trauma, the emergency treatment of common emergencies (coma, chest pain, stroke, convulsions, low blood sugar, etc.), and the scene of common accidental injuries. Rescue (drowning, electric shock, gas poisoning, heat exhaustion and heat exhaustion, burn), common disaster avoidance (fire, earthquake), sudden death and cardiopulmonary resuscitation primary lifesaving, and AED (automatic cardiopulmonary defibrillator), and the American Heart Association (AHA) life chain. The 2010 version of the AHA cardiopulmonary resuscitation and cardiovascular emergency guide's life chain emphasizes C-A-B-D, namely, C- external chest compression, A- open airway, B- artificial respiration, and D-AED automatic defibrillation.
Two teachers at the training conference have repeatedly stressed the urgency of emergency rescue for patients with sudden cardiac death and cardiac arrest. After cardiac arrest, first aid system should be started immediately. Chest compressions are the most effective first aid methods to help the blood circulation, avoid cerebral ischemia injury, and cardiac arrest 90% of ventricular fibrillation. In the second half of the training session, the teacher paid attention to the organic combination of first aid theory knowledge and the actual operation of first aid site. Through the on-site treatment of simulated and AED simulated training machines (AED and cardiopulmonary resuscitation), each student had the opportunity to experience first-aid, and the students not only mastered the experience. First aid knowledge, but also personally experienced the whole process of saving people. The whole training process is active in the scene, the students interact actively, actively participate in the experience to save the people, so that the self rescue and mutual rescue skills of all the participants have been further improved.
